High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Research shows that a person can achieve more progress in a mere 15 minutes of HIIT training (3 x week) than a person jogging on a treadmill for an hour. 10 minutes of HIIT burns more calories than 30 minutes on the treadmill.

HIIT stimulates production of your human growth hormone during the 24 hours after you finish you workout with additional benefits: increased caloric burn, slows down the aging process, increased strength and stamina.
